Anatomy to work with Criterion Capital as they invest in digital assets and profile raising

We’re happy to announce we have been appointed by Criterion Capital, a leading real estate investment and development company known for its expertise in reimagining and repurposing existing urban spaces such as London Trocadero, The Capital Radio Building in Leicester Square, and The Criterion Building in Piccadilly Circus.
What makes Criterion different is its commitment to repurposing, rather than building from scratch. The company transforms iconic buildings across London, breathing new life into ailing assets. Turning them into thriving residential and commercial hubs that meet contemporary demands, Criterion respects the history and character of the original architecture.
Beyond London, Criterion’s wider UK and international investment portfolio covers residential, retail, and commercial with a diverse range of properties. Anatomy will develop seamless digital user experiences while highlighting their transformative projects and expertise in regeneration.
Driven to deliver social impact and engage meaningfully with communities, we’re proud to support Criterion’s continued growth and presence in London’s dynamic property market drive.
