Edgware Town Centre

Building belief in a new town centre

Edgware Town Centre

Sector

Edgware Town Centre is a joint venture between TfL and Ballymore, aiming to transform a car-dominated site into a new civic heart. With public trust low and consultation proving ineffective, we were brought in to help shift perception during the masterplanning process.

Through local research, stakeholder interviews and social listening, we uncovered the concerns, objections and quiet support shaping community sentiment. These insights informed a clear, benefit-led narrative that replaced technical planning language with human relevance.

Focusing on everyday improvements, from amenities and green space to transport connections, the brand and website reframed change as something shared rather than imposed. Simple messaging and authentic photography helped rebuild trust, engage local audiences and open a more constructive conversation about Edgware’s future.

Merrion Property Group (MPG) has long held a distinguished place in Ireland’s property market, respected for its strategic vision, depth of experience and impact across both development and investment sectors. Until now, however, MPG operated without a dedicated digital presence to match its ambition.
