Trouvahouse wanted to create a new type of estate agency – one that was honest and open with its customers and one that put people before sales. We worked together to define a very different set of brand values to their competitors and then built these into the brand story and promise – ‘changing people’s perception of UK estate agents’.

Just like the brand itself, the identity needed to feel ‘anti-estate agency’. We used natural tones to make the site feel welcoming, our choice of photography helps give the sense that we are building homes, rather than selling houses.
